HelixTest and HELIOS are free Apache-2.0 tools. Helix is HelixTest becoming a standalone VERIFY CLI — early-stage on GitHub, not a fifth product.

Use HelixTest against Ferrum, against another GA4GH stack, or in isolation. A green HelixTest run is a technical signal, not GA4GH certification. Helix on GitHub is the same suite as a `helix` binary; published main currently runs DRS checks. A HELIOS report maps evidence; it is not an ISO or AI Act certificate.

HelixTest

Rust conformance CLI (`helixtest`) for GA4GH-style APIs (DRS, WES, TES, TRS, Beacon v2, htsget, Passports, Crypt4GH-oriented checks). Suite pin is git tag v0.1.3. Helix (`helix verify`) is that suite becoming a standalone CLI — same Apache-2.0 line, not a third product. Published GitHub main is early-stage (DRS checks today). helixtest-action downloads HelixTest v0.1.3 binaries. helix-action is not a visitor path until a published Helix tag emits VerificationRun. Not GA4GH certification. Not a Synaptic Four paid product.

Pipeline audit CLI (helios-audit on PyPI). Signed run records, JSON/PDF/RO-Crate. Support and optional dashboard hosting are the commercial motion — the core stays Apache-2.0.

There is no bundle in which HelixTest or HELIOS become paid modules of Ferrum. Lab Kit and ferrum-meta likewise sit under Ferrum, not here.
