Ferrum implements a broad set of GA4GH APIs in one composable, on-premises-first runtime. Documents motivation, system architecture, Crypt4GH integration at the DRS layer, multi-engine WES/TES execution, HelixTest validation, and reproducible benchmarks via the Ferrum GA4GH Demo.
